Donations

At Hospice Compassus, we understand the importance of making every day count. As such, individuals can also make a difference by donating to our Foundation.

Gifts made in memory of your loved one help us to serve others with life-limiting illness while remembering the life and accomplishments of those who have passed.

Contributions can be made out to the CHA Foundation and mailed to your nearest Hospice Compassus location.
