Our community based
hospices have affiliations with several non-profit foundations
whose primary missions are to use donations/memorials from
the friends, families and estates of patients served by
hospice to assist other hospice patients and families in
their time of need.
Donations help provide services such as:
- Low income family assistance for items such as:
- Food bank assistance
- Telephone, utility bills, etc.
- Transportation expenses
- Assistance with “Last Wishes”
- Unusual medical devices / equipment
- Medication expenses unrelated to the hospice diagnosis
- Community education related to end of life care
The following foundations assist in serving hospice patients and families
in their time of need. Donations to any of these foundations
are tax deductible.
